Good Job Porting. Needs More.

The graphics are equal or better than the Dreamcast version. It plays and looks just like the original.

Pros:
All characters are here
Great porting job
Generally runs smoothly on iPhone 4

Cons:
No local or online multiplayer
Missing Adventure/mission mode
Needs more control options - unable to use thumb to hit more than one button. Could be fixed by allowing more than one custom button.
Missing subtitles during cutscenes
Slowdown during Cervantes and Inferno stage on iPhone 4

Its hard to recommend this app at its current price since there so much missing. Will update to $5 stars if all multiplayer (local AND online) and Dreamcast modes, plus additional custom buttons are added.
